Service & Maintenance
To keep your machinery running optimally we have full equipment service and repair facilities at each of our four depots. Our highly skilled technicians are all trained in accordance with each manufacturer’s guidelines to ensure that all repairs and maintenance routines are carried out professionally and to individual manufacturer’s standards.
Breakdown Cover
In addition to our quality service and maintenance facilities we also provide on-site breakdown cover on all our supplied equipment, including an out of hours call out. We appreciate that breakdowns often happen outside normal working hours and usually at the most inappropriate moments so our technicians and support staff are always on hand to deal with any emergency.
Spare Parts
At Hamilton Brothers we recognise that when things go wrong and equipment breaks down the long wait for spares and parts can turn a bad situation into a crisis. We stock a comprehensive range of spares at each of our depots across Scotland which means that we can usually supply a replacement part within hours of receiving a call. As part of our commitment to a high standard of customer care our aim is to get your equipment up and running again in the shortest possible timescale.
